You can read the first complete draft for free. I will keep it online for as long as I'm working on the corrected text. Everyone is invited to contribute to this process. I won't even have time to start the proofing and editing unlit late this year. When I'm finished, it's going to cost one dollar to read each chapter or 10 dollars to read each part in true PDF type.
