Jaspe, I don't blame Judge Fuji for what Baker did or did not ask but I do blame him for dismissing Gonzolaz rather than insist that he answer and he could have told Baker to move on it it was causing a problem that was Baker's fault.
It SHould have shown the jury that Gonzolaz was just testifying to the "party line" (or blue code) and become hostile when caught out. But it didn't. I don't think anything (and this was far from the only thing that should have been questioned by the jury) would have changed their Pre-determined minds about the outcome of the trial.
