Miss Marple, Another thing about Gonzolaz is that he was finally dismissed from the stand by Judge Fuji for not answering the questions--refusing to and arguing with the defense lawyer.
When he realized that he had testified that the detectives brought Arnelle around to the front door--which is opposite of their testimony--he went into a panic and started to be hostile. Instead of ordering him to shape up and answer the questions, Fuji dismissed him and he was never made to explain is discrepancies or answer any more questions.
Never forget that his "business' card was found in Nicole's desk after her murder so she had had some kind of contact with him prior to her death--perhaps in an offical capacity.
And I agree about the Browns and the condo and Marsha. It is very clear the Browns were in there going thru everything on the morning of the 14th and by the time that Marsha claims to have been there on the 3rd, the Browns had been there a dozen times hauling out her stuff and clearing it out. It in no way looked the same.
