Rovaan,

A long time ago you and Dick figured out that Jill Shively could not have seen O.J. inside of his Bronco on Bundy and San Vicente at 10:50. Once you place O.J. near the murder scene driving his Bronco the way Fuhrman said it was parked on Rockingham it becomes difficult to separate O.J. from the bloody glove and the thumps that Kato said he heard at 10:40 or 10:45.

Now you have to move Jill's sighting back to 10:40. You have to find something peculiar about the way the Bronco was parked and explain how and when O.J. made the thumps and walked to his front door without Kato seeing him. You have to wonder if the SUV that Heidstra saw heading south was really O.J.'s Bronco heading north. That leads to the question of when Heidstra really saw the SUV, which leads to the question of whether Jill saw one and Heidstra saw another one - or Heidstra is lying and maybe Eva Stein and Pablo Fenjves should be taken seriously….

The fallout covers a wide area. Anything involving timeline evidence and testimony at Bundy or Rockingham is affected by Jill's story of seeing O.J. in the Bronco carrying on like a madman. To accept it, you have to challenge, ignore or move everything around that conflicts with it.

To show that Jill couldn't have gotten O.J.'s license number from what we all saw of the Bronco on TV, Dick Wagner also shows that there was nothing about the way the Bronco was parked that matched her description of how O.J. drove it. My first thought was that she might have seen him in the Bronco days, weeks or months earlier and took note of the license number just because it belonged to a celebrity.

Whatever Jill's thinking behind copying the Bronco plate number there is nothing to tell us when or why she did it. All we know is when and how she used it.

When you talk to her, please ask her if she talked to Brad Roberts. He seems to be the doorkeeper to a lot of timeline evidence. -Jasper
