I found this in the Executive Intelligence Review 2/6/98:
Winter 1993: Tony Snow, a conservative columnist on the payroll of Rupert Murdoch's Fox TV, introduces New York City literary agent Lucianne Goldberg to Linda Tripp, as Goldberg is seeking contracts for anti-Clinton books.
It confirms what Tony Snow said about the meeting taking place earlier (93 or 94). Since Goldberg had this "author" before she met Tripp, I would say it was in 1993.
Is there a case Fuhrman worked on that would have brought him in contact with Lucianne in 1992 or 1993?
