I may be misremembering here, but didn't the judge have the dates of each quote that he played without the jury present during the trial be displayed as he handed out transcripts of the quotes and dates of the quotes of Furhman before playing them for all the world to hear? Of course the jury only heard the most innocuous one's especially the one about the Glove.
