Jasper, Remember when Denise "met" the mobster in the DA's office. One of the brothers who ended up testifying in the trial that VAnnatter and Lange fudged the warrant and had Simpson as a suspect from the get go. I can't recall how to spell the names but it started with an F. (Bros).
When he met her he said "You look like a Heidi girl". Not the best pickup line but evidently impressed Denise.
Could this have been that he was basically TELLING her he KNEW she was one of Heidi's (or Alex's) girls? It could be a coded message to her.
