Charlie,
I didn’t know how to answer your post without gong in circles again. Let me give it one more shot.
My objection was to the idea that the phone bill was faked – not that it was the only phone bill and to Dr. Johnson’s claim that the stipulation to the 10:17 call was also faked. I said that the bill and the stipulation were legitimate and there was no hidden 11:00 call to Nicole because the call Judi referred to was on the record at 10:17. The issue was whether Nicole was alive after 11:00. To support Dr. Johnson’s contention that Nicole was talking to her mother at 11:00 he argued that the phone records were faked. That’s where we went in circles. My claim was that the 9:37 call COULD HAVE been made from Dana Point, not that it was made from there.
According to my scenario for the murder/frame-up plot, someone at the recital had to pass on to the killer the kind of clothes O.J. wore (the blue jean jacket and the shoes that looked enough like Bruno Magli Lorenzos to fit the same VERBAL description). All things considered, if such a person existed, it had to be Denise. However, she would have had to pass on the message when she was alone. To be sure that she could make the call in time to allow the killer to plant the jacket and wear the shoes, she had to use a cell phone. She also had to have been somewhere else when Ron Fischman took the full-length photo of O.J. with Sydney.
I subsequently discovered that Denise did leave the group at the recital. Nobody knows where she went or what she did but Cora Fischman talked her husband into taking the photo of O.J. and Sydney in her absence. She didn’t even know about the photo until the trial. By then she has already told the police that she had seen O.J. wearing the Bruno Magli Lorenzos. No one noted which police officers she told about the shoes or where and when she said she saw O.J. wearing them.
I also discovered that the cell phone I expected someone in the Brown party to have was nowhere to be found and a series of clues that led me to believe the Browns were hiding one. If the 9:37 call was made from Dominique’s Jeep, it supports my thesis. If there was an 800 call on that phone between 6:00 and 6:30 and Juditha was missing hers, it would explain why NOBODY in the Brown party admitting to having a cell phone. --Jasper.
