Charlie,

Yes, walkie-talkies could have been used for communication between the watchers and the killer. But they are clumsy (at least they were in ’94) and I can’t see the killer carrying one around with him. Then again, it might explain why he didn’t take the 1017 to 10:28 call from Juditha to Nicole into account. By then he might have been out of position to monitor the call.

I know that your Web TV does not allow you to access the animations and some other things I have on the site. But if you can get to a library and access the site there, you will see clearly some of the things you are talking about.

The Bundy curve is a case in point.

My scenario for the attack at Bundy and the framing of O.J. called for a lookout with monitoring capability on Bundy and Rockingham. One spot on the Bundy curve is ideal for observing everything that took place on the entire 800 block of Bundy. A person in a vehicle parked in that location could see without being easily seen or associated with what happed at 875 S. Bundy Drive if the vehicle was seen. That’s why Rose and I were so interested in that location. I could only speculate that a spot like that had to exist if my scenario was correct. The photos that Dick Wagner took and Rose sent to me show that the spot does exist. There was no need for anyone to be lurking around the condo. Moreover, a person stationed there who was skilled in surveillance techniques could go in and out of Nicole gate with minimal risk of being seen coming or going.

The position of the car that Allan Park saw when he was leaving the gate happens to be an ideal spot for a lookout at Rockingham (with a telephoto lens and eavesdropping equipment to pick up conversations inside the house). Sophisticated bugs planted on the OUTSIDE of the house on the south path (where Fuhrman “found” the glove could accomplish the same thing. –Jasper
