Good point! But Lou Brown is more than likely listed as the father on the birth certificate. I know of other out of wedlock situations and I wonder what was done with those cases.
Now Lou and Judy lived together in Germany and the first two kids born there.
If though you are correct and they never changed their citizenship to the US--that is one more strike against them to me. They sure took advantage of the "American Dream" didn't they?
Discussed this with Prien and he said Ratcliff told him it was NOT German documentation but a passport and then later someone said a German ID card. But Ratcliff said it was a passport. That no other "documents" of the German variety were found.
