This was for the civil trial which most of us believes was filled with lies. This story was never stated until the Civil trial as the story of the Ice Cream still being frozen at 12 something A.M. by the police when they arrived didn't fly in the Criminal Trial. I have never taken this belief that Juditha watched Nicole and the kids walk across the street for ice cream as being the last time she saw her. There is just too much to say otherwise. For one, the cars pull up right in from of the Mezzeluna by the valet and this would have made it almost impossible. For me, this part of Juditha's story doesn't pass the giggle test.
