Why John? Because if someone might place O.J. Simpson with Kato near Nicole's home around the time of the murder, witness testimony would have been different and instead of stating that O.J. and Kato went to buy a hamburger the Prosecution and/or the Plaintiffs would have insisted that O.J. and Kato Kailen with malice of fore thought went to Nicole's house instead and murdered her when Ron Goldman showed up and so they killed him as well. With the two of them, the crook who was casing the area of Bundy would have changed his description of the two men he saw go into and come out of Nicole's Bundy address. They probably would have gotten a conviction as well despite the telephone calls made by both parties. It is good they went to the beach McDonalds. I don't know why my statement upset you so much. Considering how much the Prosecution changed testimony and twisted physics to make their theory work instead of using common sense to find the real killer because O.J. Simpson made everyone involved the most money except O.J. of course. It doesn't take the smartest person in the world to see how anything that put O.J. Simpson near or at Bundy near the time or appearance of the time of death would get anyone involved with O.J. Simpson at the time he was put in that area at that particular time as part of the murder.
