Nothing mysterious about it, John. If you didn't believe Dick when he said he checked for a criminal record on Jill and there was none, why would Dick think you would believe him if he told you that Jill could buy a gun? Why insult Jill for something he already knew (she does not have a criminal record)? Joe Bosco was named on the suit that Jill brought against those that tarnished her name. Fortunately for Joe, he had taped the conversation with the person at the DA's office that gave him the false information. Joe's name was removed as a defendant from the suit. The suit is at the California Supreme Court and some information about it can be accessed from their site. Jill has never been a "convicted felon". Please do not continue to spread false informaton when I know you have had countless discussions with Dick regarding Jill and what he researched at the LA and Santa Monica courthouses.
