It was the biggest mistake for O.J. to send his children to the Browns. Sydney & Justin were never interviewed by the police, DA or anyone connected to O.J.'s side (relatives & friends).

The Browns refused to let anyone interview the two children who were at the scene of the murder. I never knew they could have a choice in the matter and how they had that right to refuse. They got away with it.

The police should have asked the kids about timelines, how the dinner went, on & on. So much would have been learned if only Sydney (almost 9) & Justin (almost 6) had been interviewed.

The comment the "babysitter cop" heard the two children talk about at police station sent up red flags. I am surprised she did not start the interview process as soon as they arrived at the police station.

Special cops & a prosecutor like Marcia Clark who had young children interview children witness to crimes all the time.

Children who are as young as two yrs are interviewed (victims of sex crimes) all the time by special units.
