I think the arangments to take the kids to the Browns was made by OJ. He told Arnel to get ahold of AC. OJ knew that AC would protect the kids and they would be away from the worst of the press and safer at the Browns. Closest place to get the to , out of the main circus. And remember AC stayed at the Browns after he took them there. He probably made sure they had body guards before he left them.
