The prosecution lied about many things. As much as we try to peice together things about this case, what we know is what they let us know. How do we know what was true and what was not? Nicole allegedly spoke for fifteen minutes to Mr. Berman outside from nine fifteen to nine thirty. How many kids may supposed to be in bed but because this man came to pick up his child perhaps they went later. It also fits with Juditha's story if you change one thing. Juditha says the last time she saw Nicole she ran across the street to get ice cream. Change that to Juditha saying the last time she spoke to Nicole at 10:17 she was running off to get the kids ice cream because Sydney's friend had to go home. This case is full of lies and half truths. Lies are easy when there is a grain of truth in the lie. This fits like a glove, forgive the pun. It could even explain a few other things as well. Why remove from the transcripts the part of Nicole's call to Ron where first she tells the person who answered the telephone to tell Ron not to come over and then he takes the telephone and spoke out of earshot to Nicole? What about the bartender refusing to confirm which door Ron left through? What about the original reports which had Ron leaving long before Nicole finished dinner? That story was quashed within 72 hours after the Bundy murders were reported. I already explained why the Ice Cream Man changed his story. He was an owner of the Ice Cream Shop but not yet an American Citizen. The threatened to deport him as they did all witnesses for the Defense and even some for the prosecution who didn't want to tell their story. AS I stated, until now I went along with the nine to ten belief of this group because I didn't want this kind of reaction. I believe very much that Furhman was in the middle of this. I also know that Phillips stated that Furhman had asked him to call him that night if anything happened but to wait until after one or was it one thirty. I think this makes a later time more believable and doesn't destroy Furhman's ability to kill Nicole. Ron was left inside Nicole's yard when those two men were seen leaving. The entire BS story by those at the Mezzeluna of Ron hanging around and such and the times is to cover what really happened. This could explain why the girl broke down when she saw Ron's shirt at the preliminary hearing because she knew she was telling a story, not what really happened and that a third person was going to be destroyed because of her story. What happened to the story of Nicole practically wrapping her body around Ron when her party entered the Mezzeluna between seven and eight just as Ron was getting off? It got quashed as so many other first reports did. I usually go with the first story. The only reason to throw out Nicole's stomach contents was to lose the ability to show she died long after Ron did. Her crying was after finding Ron's body when she returned from getting ice cream and the knowledge he had been there when she came home before going out to dinner. She probably spoke to Mr Berman in the back where she let everyone in. She probably didn't even look out the front window until she began locking windows and doors before going up to bed. The lungs not have any blood aspirated into them, she was killed silently upstairs, carried down and then they set the scene around twelve. Most likely two little kids sitting on the stairs eating ice cream saw someone bringing their Mother down the stairs and out the door so they put their ice cream on the stairs and ran back to bed. I don't have any real answers other than that ice cream was not melted. We all know this. Despite the lame attempt by the Prosecution to explain why it appeared frozen still, the answer is, it was frozen still. Blood will flow but not spurt when a person is dead. As Henry Lee said about this case and still says, "Something Wrong." This case is smoke and mirrors. All I know is that O.J. Simpson didn't do it. At least not personally. Ron Shipp is a terrible actor as he lied and lied on the witness stand. Furhman and Brambles could be brothers and the guy leaving Nicoles around ten with one other person could have been Brambles or else, Furhman in a fat suit with Roberts or someone else. I don't know why people hang on to what was presented in court. It was made up to get O.J. Simpson acquitted but found guilty in the court of public opinion. The Civil Trial was just more of the same. We have three victims in this case. Until we only use the first reports from this case we are only going in circles. Watch Dead By Sunset and you will see how they used so much of that case to make the lies in this case plausable, believable even to PRO J's who believe part of the story we were told. I don't believe Nicole was killed until much later then we have been told, the coroner clearly changed the time of death, there was concerted effort to make the appearance for the time of death to appear earlier then it was. This case makes me so angry and I see them doing the same thing to Scott Peterson right now in my own city. I don't understand what is going on with making these cases so high profile. In Modesto we have already over 80 murders. In the area they found Laci several other pregnent women have gone missing and then been found about the same place. Something is terribly wrong.
