In posts earlier today we discussed the possible disagreement that resulted in Denise not staying over at Nicole's for the court appearance the next day.
Now, while possible that Denise operated on the limited license (as I read about today) that allowed her to drive to work and court appearances, etc. only.
But while running this through my mind I happen to think that If Judy had to drive Denise to court the next day--why were both Judy and Lou were still in bed. Judy who allegedly had a 11 am lunch date with Nicole as well is still in bed. 6 AM or so is still a bit early for that. Yet Denise is completely dressed by then.
So something doesn't jive here. If they were riding together--Judy wasn't even up yet.
I don't know about your family but our family would not be making all these hour plus (probably closer to 1 1/2 depending on the time) trips separately on the same day.
I wonder how early Denise had to be there? If she had an 8 or 830 time or even 9--with the commuter traffic and the construction going on--she needed to allow enough time to get there.
