Of course, we had people who didn't stick much to the 55 MPH speed limit either but people didn't push it past 65 too much--at least in KY.

It would take a 75 MPH for a solid hour to make the trip in an hour. That is a fact. You could drive faster--but not slower than that.

The DA's wanted NO part of that ice cream clerk. He said the time that he saw NIcole was close to 1030. And that he saw only Sydney and Justin and NIcole--no Rachel. When told she was dead by then, he agreed to back it up but absolutely refused to put it prior to 9 pm.

He recalled exactly what they purchased so it could have been established with the receipt when they were in there--if they had tried.

BTW, the Browns themselves were quick to say they left around 9 prior to the trial.

Perhaps Kari can tell us how well the CHps enforce the speed limit--as especially the 55 mph that was in existence then.

In Ky., going above the 75 over 65 is subject to getting yourself a ticket.

Do CA highways have any kind of monitoring system?

KY. does not have any.
