Charlie,

De Bellow said 8:30 – 8:45. Crawford said that it could have been as early as 8:30. I used De Bellow’s estimate because it encompassed Crawford’s and barely had a clue. 8:40 was a worst-case scenario. They could have left earlier than 8:30. De Bellow was only guessing at the time. If they actually left at 8:20 or 8:25 the driving time ceases to be an issue.

Marcia was VERY sloppy with time except when it had a direct bearing on her position that Nicole and Ron were killed before 10:30. Just look at the big time gap she leaves between her end time for the killing (10:25 at the latest if she goes with Storfer’s 10:23 start time and a two-minute kill). Where does she have O.J. for 20 minutes while he was racing recklessly away from the murder to drop the glove at his home two and a half miles away?

I don’t believe that Marcia gave any thought to saying “9:00” until, as you say, someone pointed out to her that it couldn’t have been that late. –Jasper
