Yep, that is what they say...only they say they left at 830--NOW.
This has been in great dispute. Vannatter, Faye and others called it an hr and half drive. All the Browns speed so it would be less than that but I don't think it could be done in less than an hour unless it was very big speeds.
This is why the time they left had to be changed. Part of the trip was on regular streets of LA and part on the city streets of Dana Point.
But as I said, Clark said about 9 oclock was when they left until the time crunch got important.
