Jasper, My steering wheel has a slick surface but the other part of the steering wheel is not. I have a Saturn. My mother's car--a 91 Buick had a steering wheel you could have gotten prints off of. If I recall correctly, they got no prints at all from the car.

I heard it in the testimony (transcript) from the fingerprint expert.
