Exactly!! Although there are MANY examples one that first comes to mind is the hiding of the true relationship between Ron and Nicole--something that the cops, the DA's, Brown's and Goldman's ALL worked at hiding.
It was not known (much) that Ron and Nicole had gone to counseling together that spring.
Denise is telling (thru Judy) that the kids didn't know anybody named Ron.
DA's and cops portray their relationship as barely knowing each other at the Mezz.
Goldman's go ballistic at any mention of even a friendship much less that Ron was going to counseling at all much less with Nicole.
Here you have that PATTERN that you mention. And as I said, it is just one of many.
