Jasper, Perhaps it can be blamed on the judge and the lack of time...but still strange.
They asked all kinds of questions of the others that didn't seem even the slightest bit important.
To not even have a one day session with Dom asking her about that night is more than strange.
But then again who asked for the depos? Could it be that the Goldmans were not interested in anybodys depo but Denise's?
Seems to me though that anybody questioning Denise's version of things would definitely get Dom in there for questioning.
But then again, did they do one of Dom and it was just never posted?
Think of the ones for Skip and Kathy RAnda. Did they ever show up on the Internet anywhere?
The "keepers" of the depos may not have WANTED those or one of Dom's to hit the cyberspace.
