The problem with this photo as proof of forgery is the time of day it was taken (note the dark shadows and the people filling the stands). The fakers could argue that he changed his clothes for the broadcast. Indeed, O.J. did change clothes several times a day depending on the occasion. The photos taken before the game were not for broadcast. They were for a Buffalo Bills newsletter. In addition, there is no indication of who took the picture of O.J. in uniform or what day it was taken.

However, the author nailed the Enquirer on the Scull photos. That’s why the plaintiffs needed the Flammer photos. I still don’t understand why Scull’s “walking photo” was allowed into evidence in the civil trial. No way could it have been genuine.
