And it is not just because it is OJ. If you follow DA and cop Misconduct cases, you find that they rarely if ever admit that they are wrong nor will you find them being prosecuted themselves for blatant misconduct (not just making an error of judgement).
I have seen cases where DNA proves they were wrong (rape cases, etc) they do not admit that they were wrong and say something like "we still believe that they are guilty".
And this is not just in LA. Seems to be a problem all over the USA.
