Jasper, Add to your list that for a month of more after the murders, Denise publicly stated that Nicole was not an abused woman and that OJ didn't do it--yet later came the claim of OJ did it on the phone. I don't think it would have mattered to Lange whether it was Judy or Denise that said it in the scheme of things.
Also--thru Judy, Denise claimed the children said that they didn't know "a" Ron. If nothing else, they knew Ron Shipp. But we know from some OJ researchers talking to the neighbors that they in fact did know Ron and he spent time at Nicole's and with the kids and dogs.
Denise was the "keeper of the info" (just as Lange and Vannatter were in the evidence of the case. Recall them we called them (or Brad Roberts) the "keepers" of the info and leads?) when it came to what the kids said. Denise was allegedly the one who asked the questions that the cops wanted to know and sometimes refused to ask them. This is where the info passed on by Judy on National Tv that the kids did not know a Ron came from.
Also, Denise at first said she did not recall why she was up so early that AM and dressed. (work??) Then later claimed it was because of a court date. Which one? Had she already spent 8 days in jail for the DWI or was this something else.
Where was this court date? If there was one. Dana Point or LA or somewhere in between if it was a DWI.?? If in LA, why didn't Denise stay over at Nicole's in order to get there on time instead of facing an hour to hour and half drive back the next AM in the traffic???
Did Denise even Have a driver's license at that point? Is there a commuter train from Dana Point to LA? How did she get to work?
Recall how the plaintiff lawyers kept slipping and saying "cars" brought by the Browns to LA for the recital. Was Denise driving w/out a license?
Denise may yet end up in jail over that charity in NIcole's name. She has been investigated twice that I know of over taking in funds and never giving any (or very very little) to charities.
Why did the family court bar Denise from visitation with OJ's children? Is that still in affect?
