I am a novice to you pros. Denise Brown stated during her civil trial depo that she was arrested for drunk driving in January,1994. Does anyone know the exact date? How do you guys know Ron Shipp and/or Faye Resnick was with Denise? Baker asked her if either Shipp or Resnick were with her when she was pulled over and John Kelly told Denise not to answer. Does that imply that they were with her? Is that how you know by Baker's question?? I have not been able to find that information anywhere. Jeff Tubin, Journalist/attorney wrote an O.J. trial book and stated that Denise was an inmate at the Huntington Beach City Jail for just eight days through May 17,1994 (2 days before Nicole's last birthday) This fact was never challenged by Denise or anyone else. Why did she do her jail time five months after her DWI arrest when she did not have a trial and admitted guilt? Is DWI a felony in CA (second offense)? Tubin has access to criminal records as well as a fact checker @ the publishing house. All she got was 8 days five months after the offense? This amazes me! Anyone know details about her two DWI's?
