In Lollie’s article that started this string, the author said something about the prosecutors rejecting the photos in the criminal trial. I recalled the same thing and I was surprised to see no mention of them in the transcripts. That’s understandable from the prosecution’s point of view, considering that could only have been the Scull photos, which weren’t very convincing. From the defense pint of view, the less said about the shoes the better.
Now you seem to be backing up the guy who wrote the article (as well as my recollection). Scull’s photos didn’t become public until six months or more after the criminal trial and Flammer supposedly didn’t find HIS photos until several months after that. Are you saying that Scull’s photos were in the prosecution’s possession during the trial and Geraldo is your source? --Jasper
