I wanted to direct this somewhat to Pat V. so he could chime in here.
I recall that on Rivera Live, Robert Groden was told that he would get access to the photos. This was after the trial. Rivera did one of his promises to back up the Goldman/Brown team of lawyers who said he could see them--since he was NOT allowed to touch them or even look closely at them in the criminal trial.
To my knowledge, this has never happened. And if it is true that they are now missing (as is the blood swatch from the back gate which has been "missing" since about the summer of 96) this has to be deliberate.
The whole case is whacky as much of the criminal trial stuff is the garage of one of the lawyers for the state of CA instead of in some secure location under the control of the state. I understand the phone records and other things have been handled this way.
And from the very beginning we had the glasses lense come up missing during the trial out of the evidence room.
It would be a book in itself how the evidence was handled, lost or stolen or is just "missing".
