There are so many question marks about this and there must be answers out there. When did the 85 letter surface? Fuhrman was not questioned about it in the prelims, and I don't think it was mentioned at all. Who brougt it to Clark's attention? Fuhrman or maybe his lawyer friend from the City Attorney's office? And shouldn't Weitzman, O.J.'s lawyer in thee 89 case, have remembered fuhrman and the letter from then? It was after all fuhrman and the letter that changed that charge from a misdemeanor to a fellony.
