I am a novice to you pros. Can you please share your knowledge about Denise Brown's DWI. In her civil depo. she said she was arrested in January,1994. Anyone know the exact date? How do you pros know Shipp & Resnick were with her when this happened? I can not find anything about her DWI except when Baker asked her if Shipp and/or Resnick was in the car her attorney, John Kelly told her not to answer. In the book by Journalist/attorney Jeff Tubin, he said Denise spent eight days as an inmate @ the Huntington Beach city jail until May 17,'94 (2 days before Nicole's birthday). I can only assume Tubin had access to criminal records through his New York newspaper employer and checked his facts as well as a fact check @ the publishing house. She admitted that she pled guilty in court and did not have a trial. Why was it so long between the arrest and her 8 days in Jail (about five months)? Anyone know the answer?
