In the Prelims fuhrman testified as follows:

So you were concerned about the 11 disposition of the children as well? 12 A Well, I believe a lot of the decisions of this 13 came from the commander and detective Vannatter, and I 14 really wasn't privileged to that conversation. 15 But I would believe that I would be concerned 16 with the children and the ex-husband since they still 17 had joint custody of the children.
As for Bushey, I agree with you. I don't think he tried to deceive anybody. He just told it as he himself was told. He was called by Clark as the last witness in the rebuttal. His job was to defend the detectives' decision to climb the wall.
