Thanks for looking that up and providing the citation. Howeveer, from the passsage you reproduced it STILL wasn't clear whether the room in question was the guest room in the blungalow or one by the kitchen. Believe it or not, I could only find one passage in the deposition you quoted which settles the issue:

Q. You would agree that you had some type of physical confrontation with Nicole in that bedroom downstairs?

So it was the INSIDE maid's room.
