Westec probably had old info about who was supposed to be in the house and did not know about Kato.
I have a thing about being in a big house alone. I would have used the smaller maids quarters next to Arnell instead of being in a big house alone. I would guess I might sleep in the smaler room and kept my working clothes there when OJ was there to be up early.
