I don't see this as that much of a problem. We have the transcripts, which is the best info. The case is proved by what we have. We may be missing some fine points, but none that would make a difference in whether OJ did it or not.
I would love to have the picture of the shoes and blood spots that I first saw that immediately told me that they where not from a finger. But don't have, but I remember how difinative that they told me immediately that OJ was framed. If those tested as OJ and physics eliminated them as coming from a finger, then he had to be framed. It took a while to know that it was the switch of the swatches in the lab. I think that dawned on me when I heard about the gap in the computer for several hours in early morning after they had been first tested.
Off a knife held by the side is my best guess as to where they came from. But could have been from a medicine dropper. But the big thing is that he had to be framed.
From the point I saw the blood drops, the rest of the trial was just trying to validate it and figure if it was from the knife or something else. I think everyone's theories are similar to what I saw in the drops. As soon as you know OJ was framed, then all the rest is just validation.
