I meant to say that photo documentation is a problem as well. One of the first things to disappear off the Net were the photos so if you had not copied them ==they were gone.
I recall my insisting that I had seen a photo of the heel print on the step (never actually testified to in the trial nor a pix shown to the tv audience--I am not sure about the jury).
When looking thru my videos a couple of summers ago, I came across an excellent one shown on the Rivera show and shared finding it with everybody. Before I could send it to Jasper, My Mom (bless her heart) decided to straighten up my videos and put them all together whereas I had them separated. Now I would have to go thru them all to find it again.
Then later, Prien located one in a book--and shared it with Dick Wagner. Now although we have a dispute as to what it actually shows--it is there--whereas other photos do not show this print even being there.
The DA's used smoke and mirrors with these photos by giving multigenreational ones to the defense where some blood drops and prints didn't even show up. Recall the 7 blood drops and the straight marks found by Dr. Lee in the civil trial when he saw originals for the first time? The 7 blood drops were out on the front sidwalk to the left of the walkway and were close together as if someone stood out there and dropped them from a knife. (flung them from a knife actually)
The photos were remarkably hard to come by and were removed very quickly compared to the transpcripts and depos.
So photo documentation is hard to come by as well. A half a dozen of us may have seen the photo at some point--but we can't put our hands on it now.
My point is that we just have to do the best we can with it.
If I had more time, I would gladly go thru those videos again (the ones Mom put up for me) and find this stuff again. But i don't have that kind of time now. charlie
