What to do for 10th anniversary?

There is slightly less than a year before the 10th anniversary of the murders.

We can expect about ten minutes of media coverage for the occasion.

This will almost certainly be our last and only chance to address the rest of the world. (And if there is a big story going on, like 9/11 or a political assassination, we won't even have that.)

What can or should we do to take advantage of this situation?
