Doing what the law says and putting a few of the perjuring police and prosecution in jail for a long time might go a long way in solving the problem. They know they can get away with it is the reason they do it. They are just a bunch of mean vengful prejudice people who think they are smarter than what they are. power can completely corrupt small minds.
I don't know what hearing they could have had in Jan. I think it must have been when he got his first attorney who probably told him to quite talking to the police without him being present.
