I didn't see the hearing but evidently, the fact that Peterson took the 5th came as a surprise to those who were watching and heard it in the hearing.
I am not going to argue about this. All there agreed that is what was said in the hearing.
It is one thing to discuss rumors but most of the audience probably watched the hearing as well.
