These were pundits and we don't know if he ever did invoke his fifth amendment privilege. After the Prosecution dug up Amber Frey and had her do the Press Conference, who wouldn't take the fifth if he even did? We can't take anything this man has ever said or done as proof of guilt. I do believe that is funny about Furhman. How does one explain people who just don't fit the norm in regards to behavior. I also now know how it feels to have someone you really care about walk away because of my believing something else. Lots of people. We haven't seen hardly any evidence, how can people have their minds made up?
