Making a scene out in front of the Court house just after the bomb of the Mckinny tapes to remove any thought that the defendant might not be guilty. The Rocha-Granski's have done this by taking away everything Scott Peterson owned. Going against an order so the defense could get their legal entry to get their own ideas of case, yes it is CA Law for the defense to get access to the Murder Scene without taint to the murder scene. I suppose because the LAPD got away with it in Bundy case, MPD thinks it is okay for Granski's to move Laci's things out as Nicole's family and Ron's family did their homes. We also have a break in. How do we know that something wasn't planted either that day, or the day they removed everything from Laci and Scott's house?
