DID YOU TESTIFY ON PAGE 257, LINE 11 IN REGARD TO THE INDIVIDUAL YOU DESCRIBED AS A MALE OR FEMALE TODAY, "AND JUST SECONDS AFTER THAT, I SAW A BLACK MALE, SIX FOOT ONE, AND -- 200 POUNDS COME FROM THE AREA THAT I SAW HIM FROM, WAS ABOUT A" -- DID YOU GIVE THAT TESTIMONY TO THE GRAND JURY, SIR?

A IF IT IS THERE, I DID.

Q WELL, DO YOU RECALL GIVING THAT TESTIMONY TO THE GRAND JURY?

A YES, I DO.

Just seconds? Two seconds? Ten Seconds? Twenty five Seconds? In the criminal trial he says that he saw Kato "just standing there" for a while. Kato says that he waved to him. It was after this that he says he saw O.J. However the time and place where Kato must have been when Park saw O.J. according to this version of his story is answered by this question:

Q Was the male white and the other person you saw walking into the front door dressed in all dark clothing, were they ever on the driveway at the same point in time?

A I don't remember that. I wouldn't --
