Lollie, Thank you so much for your efforts. When you do get the book, do read it. It gives a rather weird insight into lifes at least I didn't have an idea existed. The relationships in that group of people are not ones I know of.
And in the meantime, I guess we have to assume that my recollection of Kato's story is at least not totally wrong and go from there.
