I'm not sure I said that, or anyone else here. Frankly, I have never heard of a 'phone dump' and would have no idea of how it's done.

It's news to you that the LAPD did 'horribly bad police work' in the OJ case?! You mean, like not collecting the bloody fingerprint on the Bundy back gate? Not using chemical to 'raide' trace blood on the Bundy sidewalk? Not being more suspicious of Kaelin? I recently said, "It's not just that they looked like the Keystone cops; it's that they made the Keystone Cops look like Shrlock Holmes."
"My sister who worked for GTE and works for what is now Verizon told me that years before 94 it was possible to do phone dumps in LA. She said she had done them here in Lexington several times. Said they are time consuming but not difficult. "
