In his post of 6/14 'reply to Jasper/7' Jasper responded to some of my criticisms of his assertion that he had determined that the Bronco had not been moved since OJ had pulled it out of the Rockingham driveway on 6/12/94.
Usually I reproduce the post I asm responding to. I make an exception this time because it was so long and technical.
However, his conclusion was:
"...The only way anyone could have hit that zone [i.e. the area where the Bronco was phtographed parked the next day--jj], even within the VERY liberal deviations I gave you was to pull in directly from the driveway...."
Even if I grant that this was true-- which I don't -- this still leaves some possible explanation for that apparent nonmovement of the Bronco which leaves my theory viable.
1. Perhaps Kaelin didn't use the Bronco as the murder vehicle, after all, but his own personal car (or even some othr car), and merely planted the incriminating blood evidence in the BRonco. (It is interesting, in this regard, to note that Park did not see Kaelin's car in its usual parking spot. Could this be why?)
2. Sometime during the night, after Arnelle was in bed, Kaelin sneaked out and re-parked the Bronco by pulling it sharply out of the Rockingham driveway as OJ had done.
3. But what you said is, if you think of it, is ipso facto, in error. For what you are saying is "You can't get there from here." That is, I STILL maintain, (yes, Jasper, even in the face of your years of experience and all the work you say you did.)that you are in error. First, for reasons I have said before -- all you had to work with was rather fuzzy images printed out from the net or reproduced in the media, and the lack of resolution of these sources automatically produce errors. I still maintain that you could not have done what you claim to have done with the materials you had available.
Second, please explain why someone driving the Bronco up the street could NOT have achieved a position in relation to the Rockinhgam curb momentarily identical to one occupied by the Bronco as it pulled out of the driveway, and then finshed parking from there.
So, even though I could get around your criticism by invoking points 1. or 2., I prefer to stay with my original position....you are just plain wrong about this.
