The long distance call was to a friend in San Diego and ended at ten o'clock. The call to Ferrara was a local call, and so NOT recorded by the phone company computer.

No such 'phone dump' was ever done.
"And it just struck me that Vannatter (while arguing with me) said that the phone records SHOWED when Kato hung up and went out front. REALLY????"
Vannatter was suffering from altered recollection. He was recalling something that never happened. He was not necessarily consciously lying. He would probably beeen surprised to have been proved wrong. But his was about that point.
