RF testified that he didn't really sound concerned, or words to that effect.

Also note tht even by RF's errant estimation, it was more than ten minutes.

I am reminded of the phrase: "Things that make you go 'hmmm'." I had to think about your point for awhile.
But...No, I don't think so.
First, if Kaelin wanted the cops to come, why didn't he just call them himself, or at least Westec? Why add the complication to his plan of getting someone else to call the cops for him?
Second, Ferrara specifically said Kaelin didn't sound urgent. In fact, her testimony sounds like she thought Kaelin was just making a joke.
Third, and most importantly, was the fact -- first noted by Fuhrman -- that there were NO INSECTS on the glove. In years past, we've all gone around the mulberry bush over whether or not the Rockingham glove was really wet, or just appeared so, or if it could stay wet for 7 hours, but there can be no doubt about the lack of insects. The Rockinghm glove hadn't been where it was found for more than an hour, and almost certainly less.
Nevertheless, a sharp question!
