First, I need to say that I really mangled the subject line in my first posting on this subject.
More imporatnaly, it occurred to me shortly after posting it that Ferrara's testimony about when Kaelin called her back had to be wrong.
That's because Kaelin was with Park and OJ right up to the moment they pulled out of Rockingham. This was about 11:15. Therefore, KAELIN COULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN BACK TO HIS ROOM TILL ABOUT 11:15 TO 11:20. This is a full ten to fifteen minutes later that the 11:05 time RF estimated at the criminal trial.
I have long looked for some way to prove my assertion that FErrara's sense of duration was really lousy and that she didn't have a mechanical time piece handy in her home. Well, THANKS BE TO JASPER I found it! BTW, Ferrara's duration estimate was off by ten minutes out of a 25 minute time, or 2/5ths or 40%. What does THAT say about he reliability as an alibi witness?
