Correct.
I bought a pair of 11 ½ Rockport casuals that fit perfectly. When they wore out I went to the same store and tried on another pair of 11 ½ Rockport casuals in the same style. I couldn’t get into them. A size 12 fit but a bit too snugly for me. I ended up with a size 12 ½ with more than half an inch of slop in the toe.
It shouldn’t surprise anyone that O.J. had shoes in his closet of varying sizes. That’s what makes a comment that Charlie made awhile back about matching a suspect to THE murder shoes so important. Even a similar size in a similar style may not have fit. That’s why the prosecution used the Reeboks, a different brand and a different style that did fit O.J.’s feet and the size of the bloody shoeprints. Not good enough. –Jasper
