I was not aware tha Hodgeman had ALL the documents at home in his garage but I did know the phone records were in his possession. That came out in the attempt to get the phone records thru court.
I remember discussing at the time about why in the world that Hodgeman would have ANY of the those records or documents in his possession at home.
I believe that was the "official" explanation why the court itself (or DA's office) could not produce the phone records.
